Shipping policy
1. General Shipping Information
Cape Bag Group delivers nationwide across South Africa using The Courier Guy as our trusted logistics partner.
We aim to process and dispatch all standard orders within 7–10 working days once payment has been received.
Delivery times may vary based on your order size, custom branding or printing requirements, and delivery location.
You’ll receive an order confirmation and tracking link via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Orders: 7–10 working days from payment confirmation.

Custom / Branded Orders: 10–15 working days (confirmed with you before production).

Bulk Orders: Delivery timelines are quoted individually depending on volume and destination.
Please note: Delivery times may occasionally be affected by external factors such as courier delays, load shedding, or regional accessibility. We will always keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.
3. Courier Partner
All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy for reliable and trackable delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:

A tracking number via email or SMS

A link to follow your parcel’s progress online

Delivery updates until your parcel reaches you
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight or volume.
We aim to keep courier fees as low as possible while ensuring fast and safe delivery nationwide.
5. Delivery Locations
We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including remote and outlying areas.
If your area falls outside The Courier Guy’s standard delivery network, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative solution or quote for delivery.
6. Missed Deliveries
If a courier attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., no one available to receive the parcel), The Courier Guy will make further arrangements directly with you.
Please ensure the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate to avoid any delays or redelivery fees.
7. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@capebag.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue.
Our team will arrange a Courier Guy pickup and follow our standard Returns & Exchange Policy to resolve the issue quickly.
8. Returns & Collections
For all approved returns and exchanges, Cape Bag Group will arrange a Courier Guy collection from your address and cover the cost of return shipping.
You must email hello@capebag.co.za to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) before sending any items back.
Returned parcels without a valid RAN cannot be accepted.
9. International Orders
At present, Cape Bag Group only delivers within South Africa.
